Traineeship
Solicitor
When you start as a trainee you will get 
the opportunity to work with the firm in 
one of our many practice areas.
You will work alongside the talented legal 
teams here at Flynn O’Driscoll and learn 
hands-on experience.
 
As a Solicitor, you will progress and start 
to work on cases providing expert legal 
advice and services alongside partners 
and associates. 
You will support clients which 
range from individuals, groups or 
private companies to public sector 
organisations.
Partner
Senior Associate
Associate
Partners hold senior-level positions at a 
law firm.
You will act as managers overseeing core 
operations of the firm and also act as a 
mentor or advisor to lawyers and other 
staff.
You will have a central role in growing 
clientele and developing new business 
opportunities.
As an Associate you will be a member 
of a team who collaborate to ensure 
that a client’s needs are met. 
You will frequently interact with 
clients, as Associates are usually the 
first point of contact.
As a Senior Associate, you are a mid-level 
leader. 
As a leader, you combine your leadership 
skills with expertise to guide the team. 
You plan projects and support project 
execution by supervising teams, which 
helps enhance the firm’s work quality and 
improve efficiency.
