Training at FOD
Our Graduate Programmes provide you with the guidance and skill sets you need to become successful 
corporate lawyers.
 
It is designed to help you reach your potential and develop both professionally and personally. You will 
have access to all the support and training you need to achieve your career goals. 
As part of the programmes, our Mentorship Scheme is also available to you. The purpose of the Scheme 
is to ensure our colleagues feel supported in their role and to accelerate their career progression at

Contracts will be offered in August, beginning 
as a Pre-Trainee in September/January. 
Pre-Trainees must be with the firm for 1 year 
before attending Blackhall.
