Stamps

In a study published in September 1967 in L’Echo de la Timbrologie,
Dr. Joany concluded that booklets with postal covers (199 C48) and
booklets with advertising covers (199 C49) represented two distinct print
runs.
It should be noted that stamps used as shown here in blocks of 4 are not
common:

Lastly, bear in mind that some of these booklets were also used as adver-
tising under a private cover for the «Chantecler» bicycle brand:
