Description: RM/RMx is an enterprise Returns Management application that is part of a larger product suite used to handle complex, multi-client returns operations across large-scale warehouse environments. The system supports end-to-end return workflows, including receiving, grading, testing, repair, and warehouse transfer, along with value-added services such as sampling, kitting, flashing, and quality inspection. RMx is built around a highly configurable, rules-based engine that enables client-specific business decisioning and dynamic workflow execution. The solution follows a service-based architecture, allowing modular integration with downstream and upstream systems such as warehouse management, inventory, and transportation systems. The application is designed for high availability, scalability, and configurability, supporting multiple clients, warehouses, and business rules within a single platform while ensuring operational efficiency, traceability, and data accuracy.
