300X3 makes fully autonomous live/work buildings and the core products required for an on- or off-grid life, giving every American more time to pursue true faith and independence.

The catalog travels through camping equipment, boilers, appliances, and computers, growing from flat-pack furniture inside ADU units of 80 square feet or more into modular malls and towers.

A single mid-rise community unifies: housing, business, cafés, medical care, school, fabrication, spa, datacenter, material recovery, transportation, fulfillment, sporting competition, and chapel. Travel far enough and the journey ends at a concrete cylindrical island off the Pacific coast.

We integrate vehicles that move through the network as air/land/sea drones; including our boat - a Micro Modular Aircraft Carrier (PWC), and larger ridable drones for personal transportation. Reality captured topography, telemetry, routing, automation, simulation, durable computing, open documentation, and full systems integration keep everything connected.

Bits, boxes, boats, bots, and bytes.

Welcome to 300X3.

P.S. Did I mention boilers?
