Looks ok, But if you look at the floor you can see there is some serious water damage.
The floor plan is about as open as it gets! Pay close attention to that door in the kitchen.
Cracked pipes spraying water on the exterior wall in the cabinets. There was no insulation so it had to go anyway.
No time to play as I removed all the water damage and rotted floor.
3 days of forced air and this spot was not drying. WTF? Then, I noticed that little hole on the right.
It took me a day to muster up the courage to take a peek in fear that I was about to unleash a demon that had been trapped for centuries.
Sectoned off from the rest of the crawlspace there was this room which is believed to once be cold storage .
Some of the treasures I found in this room.
I wired in a 220v for this induction cook range. All by myself with a little guidence from Sean R.
Kitchen $h*t is expensive! To save money I had to learn how to D. I. t.f. Y.
Marketplace saved my kiester. I made my own countertops for next to nothing.
Time to buy new pans because the ones I have won't work. Found these and fell in love. :)
What to do about a damn oven???
MARKETPLACE RULES! This double oven is perfect!
Put that oven right in the doorway so it didn't stick out and I could build a cabinet around it.
Installed some new lighting and its looking awesome!
Pouring some concrete countertops to give it more of an indistrial look.
Waiting for the sealer to dry on the piece over the dishwasher.
This was really fun to do and cheap!
Painted the walls to match my pan set.
Then painted the inner cabinets to match the walls!.
A little addition to the wall for deco.
A fun little K cup rack.
It looks Great!.
This time I wanted to add a little color.
I used old blinds to make channels for the cement mixed with rit dye.
Poured on some apoxy resin and some amazing colors came through!
The resin was so easy to work with.
Pouring the resin evenly balanced the countertop.
Shiny as all heck and very durable.
Hmmm... What else can I cover In cement?
Some under-cabinet light make the countertops glow.
Time to add a shiny metal backsplash!
It was like putting together a ver sharp edged puzzle.
I felt like it was to much for the whole kitchen so I broke it up.
Tight little space to work but looks great! :)
Yoyu can see i just put it under the window.
Each piece is brushed aluminum for a swirl effect!
Shining things up
Completed!
The place looks fantastic
Be sure to check out my other projects!
Went to put in a pass-through and this beautiful stuff was behind the drywall
A little back light in the walls is awesome!
