Colour Hunter provides tools for identifying, analyzing, and managing colors from images or other inputs. The App offers both free and premium features, which may vary based on your subscription or usage.
To use the App, you must: - Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. - Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. - Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Some features may require creating an account or signing in via third-party services. You agree to: - Provide accurate and complete account information. - Be responsible for all activities under your account. - Secure your login credentials and promptly report any unauthorized access to us.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or professional purposes. You may not: - Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App. - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the App’s source code. - Use the App in ways that disrupt its functionality or harm other users.
Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase: - Subscriptions: Premium features are billed recurringly based on your chosen plan. - Payments: All transactions are processed through the relevant app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). You are responsible for all applicable fees and taxes. - Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the app store. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription term.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viet HUYNH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or other intangibles, arising from your use or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claims related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid to use it.
You agree to indemnify and hold Viet HUYNH, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California for any disputes arising from these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time, with changes posted in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
