Sgorpi's MultiTrack Writer

This is a diskwriter effect (thus goes into Gear/Effects), like Morex' WordOut. The difference is that it has one 'mixer' window with for each instance of the plugin a volume slider, record button (to specify that that effect will be recording) and a nice VU meter. The orange/redish color in the VU meter indicates that it will clip in the recorded wave.

The waves are written in the directory choosen, with the filenames being the names of the effects in Buzz. The resolution can be chosen (8 bit int, 16 bit int, 24 bit int, 32 bit float in type 1 (16.8, 24.0) and type 3 (0.24)).

The maximum number of tracks is 64. The real maximum more or less depends on the speed of your harddisk. On a laptop hdd the plugin managed 11 tracks without skipping the sound. If the data can't be written to disk in time, it will be buffered in memory. (The skipping sound will not result in loss of data tho if i'm correct)

How to use:
place the effect at the end of an effect chain and connect the chain to the effect, and effect to master (or something). Next, go view the mixer window to see if the sound doesn't clip and or enable/disable some channels to be written.
Add a sequence track for (just) one of the plugin instances. In the pattern editor add 1 pattern for an instance of the plugin to start recording, and 1 to stop recording (the last column named 'output', 1=start,0=stop). (only one instance needs these patterns, the other instances will follow recording).
Press play, and the waves will be written.

Have fun with this.
