Thu Nov 28: Pleasant. Went to Thanksgiving services at the Baptist Church. Rev Black preached. Frank playing golf. The Wrights at football & out to Whitneys in P.M. Merlin Wilson & Robt McCullough here.
Fri Nov 29: Clowdy. Went to the Ranch. Frank golfing.
Sat Nov 30:[margin: 1.56 inches rain in November. Pleasant.] Nettie & Summer's birth day party here to night. Mrs & Mr Peters here to dinner also. Nice time for all present.

Sun Dec 01: Cool & clowdy. Went S.S. & church A.M. & P.M. Darrell & Mirriam here this P.M. Came with truck.
Mon Dec 02: Beautiful day. Temp 40. No sign of rain. Dryist fall in 57 years. Tacoma, Seattle & Vancouver short of power & light on account of low water in all streams of western Washington. Ida & self went to Whites in the P.M.
Tue Dec 03: Foggy. Temp 40. Frank in Seattle. Self home A.M. Downtown and played a game of Horse Shoes. Beat Abbey 21 to 2 & 21 to 9. He beat me 21 to 7.

Thu Dec 05: Geo. Peth died. Foggy & a little sprinkle of rain. Warmer. Frank & Nettie went to Vancouver. Ida, M. Young & self went to Mount Vernon.
Fri Dec 06: Semi pleasant. Ned Fowler here. Frank & Nettie home from Vancouver. Clyde Howe & Margurite Y. called.
Sat Dec 07: Clowdy. At home A.M. Downtown & to a show with Abbey in P.M. Wrights all in Seattle.
Sun Dec 08: Rain P.M. Went S.S. & Church in the A.M. and to Geo. Peths funeral in the P.M. with Frank White or he with me.
Mon Dec 09: Clowdy & some rain & light snow. At home & downtown. Merlin Wilson here to day. Music? Luck? here tonight.
Tue Dec 10: Temp 30. Snowing 2 inches deep. Went to Mount Vernon & took Abbey & called on Mrs Dale who is dangerously sick. Wrights at Odlins to night.
Wed Dec 11: Showery. Snow all melted. At home A.M. Put new license plates on car and clock also. Frank went to Seattle. In P.M. down to Grand Army Hall and out to the Cong dinner in the eve. Nettie & Mr Campbell also.
Thu Dec 12: Pleasant. Ida & I went to the Ranch and called at Whites. Went to a show in eve. Two Black Crows. Not much good.
Fri Dec 13: Temp 35. Little snow & rain A.M. Considerable rain in the P.M. The Wrights went to Seattle with Davis's. Frank on the way for Alaska. Pearl, Colvin & Merlin here this P.M. in Colvin's Ford Roadster.
Sat Dec 14: Temp 54. More rain last night. At home & downtown. Nettie & Frances returned at 3 P.M.
Sun Dec 15: Clowdy. Light rain at night. Went to S.S. & church A.M. & P.M.
Mon Dec 16: Clowdy - Went to the Ranch and helped jack up the front porch. Took over Grants stove board. I made last Friday. Stopped at Whites & got some wild ferns. First high tide this A.M.
Tue Dec 17: Temp 36. Pleasant. Fixed Christmas tree & set out ferns A.M. Downtown & played a game of horse shoes in the P.M.
Wed Dec 18: Light rain & clowdy. At home A.M. Downtown P.M. Frank in Juneau.
Thu Dec 19: Clowdy. Temp 40. Downtown with Ida in the A.M. Went to see Dr. Cook about a sore leg.

Sat Dec 21: Clowdy & rainy. Rain last night. Mrs Charley Allen died. Downtown to see Dr Cook about sore on my leg.
Sun Dec 22: Wind & rain all day. Most rain in one day for a year, I think. Went to a church this A.M. and in the eve to the Christmas song programme.
Mon Dec 23: Clowdy but no rain. down town buying Christmas stuff & went to see Dr. Cook. Leg healing. In P.M. went to Chas Norton's funeral and out to Whitneys. Ida's back bad.
Tue Dec 24: Clowdy & windy & light rain. Ida & I downtown in P.M. Getting ready for Christmas. The tree crop harvested this eve.
Wed Dec 25:Christmas. Strong wind last night & to day. Hard on dikes. All went to pear's for the day and Christmas dinner. All had a good time. Pleasant P.M. Arrived home at 8.30. Merlin came with Nettie & Frances.
Thu Dec 26: Windy & clowdy. Down town in the P.M. & played Horse S's with Abbey. Frances took Merlin home this P.M.
Fri Dec 27: Semi pleasant. The Pollock girls arrived this A.M. Downtown at the Judge's office in the P.M.
Sat Dec 28: Semi pleasant. At home A.M. Downtown P.M. Another Horse shoe game. Sent a Card to Dr. Jordan, Palo Alto & wrote to Eva Reed. Fine winter weather.
Sun Dec 29: Clowdy & light rain towards night. Nettie & self out to Whitneys and Edna came back with us for a short visit.
Mon Dec 30: Clowdy with light showers. Nothing important at home about all day reading. Temp this month very even ranging from 30 to 53.
Tue Dec 31: Rainy day. Ida & I went to the farm and home at 4 P.M. All well at the farm and at Wilson's. Frances went to Sedro Woolley this eve and took Miss Black. Raining this evening. Thus endeth 1929.
