Ordered a Ford auto. Over the next few months he built an "auto house" at his Anacortes residence.
On April 14 Grant & Hilda Jorgenson got married (see newpaper clipping below). On April 16 gave a deed on Everett's lot in Anacortes.

Pearl's second son Colvin [Uncle "Zeke"] (1909-1990) born on May 15th.
On June 16 EA got his car in Seattle and was out with Ronneberger (Anacortes Ford dealer) taking the first lessons.
EA drove from Kirkland at 12:15 and got home at 6:35. Went 102 miles on about 6 gallons of gas.
