I believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testament to be the complete, inspired Word of God. The Scriptures are inerrant, infallible and God-breathed and, therefore, are the final authority for faith and life. The sixty-six books of the Old and New Testament are the complete and divine revelation of God to Man. I believe in God’s preservation of His pure Words to every generation.
God did not dictate the Bible word for word, but instead, the Holy Spirit guided each author to preserve truth while allowing for different perspectives. This is very evident when comparing the Gospels - the underlying story and message is the same, while some provide more or less information.
The King James Version (KJV) of the Bible is the English translation of the Hebrew/Greek texts. The KJV is the only English version that I use. If I could speak Greek and Hebrew, I would would use the original text.
