Unpacking/Repacking Tanks.ZFX from CC3/COI: Option 1: 1. Use CC2Spriter by Mafi - Extract - ZFX extracting. - This unpacks .zfx into a number of .nnh,.nnt,.nsh,.nst, etc. - files. - These are in .tex format. 2. To get at at the .tga images each of these files needs to be unpacked manually by using the RtBtools extract to .tga function for CC3/COI tank-nnt files. Even though the extension is different, the unpacked files are all .tex files wich is the same format as used by CC4/CC5/CCM/RtB. Option 2: (Best option for unpacking all files in the .zfx to .tga images) 1. Use CC2Spriter by Mafi - Extract - ZFX extracting. - This unpacks .zfx into a number of .nnh,.nnt,.nsh,.nst, etc. - files. - These are in .tex format. - For repacking purposes make a copy of this folder and do further unpacking on the copied folder. 2. Use a batch renaming program or Adobe Bridge to change all the fileextensions to ".tex". 3. Repack the files to an .Azp with RtBtool "Repack*.azp" 4. Use RtBtool function "Unpack*.azp + TEX->TGA..." - This will unpack all graphics into their respective folders. For repacking to .Zfx after using option 2: 1. Repack all edited graphics into .tex files with RtBtool. 2. Edit the file extension so it fits the .Zfx naming convention (.nnh,.nnt,.nsh,.nst, etc.). 3. Paste edited files into your original unpack from step 1. 4. Repack .Zfx with CC2Spriter. SchnelleMeyer 13.4.2020 Credit goes to Mafi for his CC tools and supporting documentation.
