                             surcharge typographique "CONGO BELGE" et surcharge "10". La surcharge « 10 » a été
                             barrée au crayon bleu et remplacée par "5" (idem sur la carte-réponse) avec oblitération sur


                             ordre "BOMA". Probablement unique.

                             Postal stationery 15c. blue + 15c. brown - prince printing, N° 31P-Cu of the Stibbe
                             Catalogue with typo overprint "CONGO BELGE" and overprinted "10". The "10" was
                             crossed out with blue pencil and replaced by "5" (same on the reply card) with CTO
                             "BOMA". Probably unique.
