Working with Kirby has been absolutely lifechanging.

of his "How to date better" workshops. I was very impressed
at the clarity and precision that Kirby was able to articulate complex
concepts in a way that was understandable and relatable.
I then decided to sign up for 1-on-1 sessions with Kirby.

It has been 6 months since I started this program and to be honest I have
seen major changes in my day to day life, interacting, and dealing with
triggers when they arise.

When I first met Kirby I was in a really bad way. My energy levels were
very low, I had crippling anxiety, and suffered from severe disassociation.
I had spent the past few years focusing on mainly physical treatment for
[chronic fatigue], but had also done some emotional work through a 12 step
program and a few sessions with a therapist.
The combination of these approaches had helped a little, but I was still a
mess.
Kirby’s approach to [chronic fatigue] treatment is radically different to
all the other treatments I tried. He told me that he believed [chronic fatigue]
to [possibly] be caused by trapped emotions, and that by freeing these emotions
my [chronic fatigue] would be released. It became clear that I was incredibly
avoidant of emotions, and it took a few sessions for me begin feeling again.
The first few months of sessions were very unpleasant. I had an outpouring of
grief that felt like it would never end. But now it has, and I am feeling much
more in tune with my emotions, with an accompanying reduction in all the symptoms
I had been experiencing.
This is like Yoga for relationships!
